Warranty


Grow’n Up® Limited Warranty:

Grow’n Up Ltd makes high quality, fun & creative toys. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of charge in materials and workmanship for one year* from the date of purchase starting in 2014 and onward (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and applies only to “Grow’n Up” products or parts.

At the sole election of Grow’n Up Ltd, the only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part or product replacement.

This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.

* The warranty period is 60 days for daycare or commercial use, and 6 months for swings, stickers, ride on, all fabric**, battery, electronic components and accessories** which comes with the product.
**Textiles: All our fabrics fulfill high requirements in terms of color fastness. However, fabrics may become bleached by UV radiation. This is not a material defect, but simply a normal sign of wear for which no warranty can be given.
**Accessories included: All Markers, Crayon, Chalk, Eraser, Paint Cup, Paint Brush, Paint Pot, Magnetic Letters & Numbers, Magnetic Shaper Stamp, Paper Roll, Paper Roll Dispenser/Holder, Colored-paper, Trays/Bin, Chalk Holder, and All Fabric/Nylon material parts.


Crayola® Limited Warranty:

Our products are covered under warranty for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and service, against defective workmanship and material. If you have recently purchased this product and find it to be defective in anyway, kindly return it to the “Source of Purchase” for a Full Refund or Exchange.

Should the product no longer be covered by your Purchase Receipt, or should you have any questions pertaining to our product, please call our Toll Free Customer Service for assistance. Keep a copy of the UPC Code with proof of purchase receipt for any future Warranty Service. Please retain packaging and assembly instructions for future reference.


Fisher-Price® Limited Warranty:

Our products are covered under warranty for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and service, against defective workmanship and material. Cozi-Beebi Limited Warranty:

Our products are covered under warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 24 months for plastic parts, etc. and 12 months for fabric components and other parts susceptible to wear and tear. The warranty period is effective from the date of original purchase and proof of original purchase is required.

It is normal for fabric to discolor from sunlight and to show wear and tear after a long period of use even when used normally. The warranty period for the fabric and other parts susceptible to wear, such as harnesses, is therefore limited to a period of 12 months as of date of purchase.

This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser; it is non-transferable and applies only for non-commercial use.

Warranty does not cover when ECE quality mark and approval number have been damaged or removed.

This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover any personal injuries, damage to, or, failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper fit, improper loads (including passenger weight over the design limits), improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or use of unauthorized replacement parts not designed for the product.

In no event will Grow’n Up Limited, or the retailer selling this product, be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
